Also known as dinosaur kale for its dark and primitive look. Lacinato is an Italian kale with a rich , mild flavor and tender texture. It is feather shaped and usually picked at 10″ or smaller. We offer three types and this is the “generic” version, priced for salad mix. Lacinato is one of the best varieties to grow in high tunnels in cold weather.
