Description
Glass Gem is a stunning variety from Oklahoma native Carl Barnes. Originally selected from crosses Carl made from several pawnee miniature corn varieties and another Osage variety called “Grey horse”. Kernels are amazingly beautiful, in a complete range of translucent, multi-colored shades. Sturdy plants grow 6-8′ tall and produce an abundance of 7-8′ long ears. The kernels can be popped or ground in flour. Extremely productive.
