White Lady is a vigorous, uniform Oriental-type hybrid. It is flat round in shape and has medium-sized roots with good white color. This variety is tolerant to pith even into the larger sizes (4-5 inches in diameter). The leaves are virtually free of pubescence and can be used as greens. White Lady’s harvesting ability ranges from the young stage to larger sizes.
