Hakurei Turnip (Not Treated)
Hakurei is a very early, sweet and tender Japanese turnip. It is so sweet it is often eaten raw. The tops are on the short side, so nice for bunching, and smooth (not hairy). It is very smooth. Most frequently Hakurei is harvested with the tops when roots are 2” around.
