Persius is an excellent yielding processing spinach variety. It has a moderate growth rate and a slightly lobed, smooth leaf shape. Persius has a semi-upright plant habit and moderate bolt tolerance. The preferred growing window for this variety is fall or early winter. Persius offers a combined disease package for downy mildew and white rust.
