Ornamental and edible, New England Cheddar produces tan fruit with light ribbing. Interior is dark colored, like a butternut, and can be used in the same way that butternuts are used in cooking. Tan color makes a nice addition to mixed bins.

A smaller table top version of Porcelain Doll; smaller size pairs nicely with other pie size fruit and also works as a topper for stacking pumpkins.  Fruit is edible as well, with a dark orange interior.

Brilliantly-colored, round pumpkin, densely covered with large warts. A must try for roadside! Very hard, thick skin helps shelf-life.

Ritz produces and orange-red fruit that is both ornamental and edible. This variety is technically a squash with an interior much like a buttercup. Fruit shape includes flat and round shapes. A nice edition for brilliant color for mixed bins, roadside display, and stacking.
