Ruby Delite is a large-fruited snack pepper variety with very early maturity and hot set potential. The crunchy, flavorful peppers mature to a deep ruby red which makes it a colorful addition to any dish.

Sweet and smooth with thick flesh for a banana-type. Huge yields of uniform fruit. 8″ x 1.75″ fruit matures from pale-yellow to bright-red.

Sweet Delilah is a real show-stopper with giant fruit up to 10″ long and 2 1/2″ across, growing on a large, upright plant. The fruit tip varies between a blunt shape and a “sheep’s nose”. Used like a bell pepper or roast it.

This mix of snack peppers is well matched in size, although the red is a touch smaller than the orange and yellow.

This Sweety (with a “Y) looks good in mixes or by itself. It has more seeds and a nice but “normal” flavor as compared to Yummy or Sweetie TZ.

Chefs are loving this tasty, thin-fleshed Japanese pepper. They saute it in olive oil and serve it as an appetizer. For added excitement, 1/10th of the fruit may be slightly hot…its a tradition.
