    Plants produce an abundance of grass like dark green hollow leaves from 6 to 9 inches long. Chopped leaves have a delightful mild onion flavor. Used in soups (fresh or dried) and as a fresh seasoning. Beautiful in full bloom with small round pink-purple flowers. Perennial.

  • Polyup Chives (Not Treated)

    A large-leaf vigorous chive, Polyup is excellent for productivity, paired with a beautiful dark green color. It guarantees high yields, even in year 2 or 3. It is both rust-tolerant and not very susceptible to yellow tips. It can grow up to 17” tall.

  • Polyvert Chives (Not Treated)

    Polyvert has medium-large upright leaves. It is used for both outdoor and indoor production (and is the preferred variety for indoor production). It grows strong and upright, uniform and fast. Polyvert has  good resistance to yellow tips.
