Firm, pure white curds inside self-wrapping leaf jacket for fall harvest. Amazing has mixed maturity, so it offers an extended harvest period.

Vigorous plant. Upright wide wrappers provide good protection. Amazing is good if you don’t want everything to mature at one time. It is best for harvesting during cold weather and not for spring.

Aquarius offers a large leafy plant & very good uniformity. It is widely adapted, does well in warm weather, and can produce large heads.

Early main-season variety that is heat tolerant and has the biggest plant in its maturity.  It is one of the few varieties with Club Root resistance, but even if that isn’t a problem, Clarify is well worth trying.
