Expectation Cabbage (Treated Seed)
This round long-term storage variety is thrip tolerant and easy to grow, even in warmer regions. It has a dense interior with a short core and will come out of storage looking fresh and green with minimal trimming.

Farao is a sturdy workhorse cabbage that can take rough handling. Despite its early maturity, it holds well in the field. Medium-small dense heads weigh 2-3 lbs. Farao is uniform and has tip burn resistance.

Green Prime Cabbage (Treated Seed)
Green Prime is a high-quality, very uniform, widely adapted Asian-style Flat Cabbage with Black Rot and Clubroot Resistance. Approximated 4.5 lb heads. It has a large silver-green plant and a well-wrapped medium green head. As is typical of this type, leaves are even thickness and not “ribby” and it has a sweet flavor. It should be harvested before it is completed dense inside.

Large diameter, exaggerated flat heads produce thin, flexible leaves with a mild flavor. Great for stuffing and salads! This type of cabbage is preferred by some Asian markets and is fabulous for making whole sour head fermented cabbage. It is crisp-tender.

Haku Chinese Cabbage (Not Treated)
Haku is a medium-sized uniform Chinese/Napa cabbage with a very cylindrical head that boxes well. It is widely adapted, being popular in California, Arizona and performing well throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic. It is able to take wide swings in temp. and still produce a good crop. It has a creamy yellow interior and medium green wrapper leaves. It has very strong bolting resistance as well as being tip burn tolerant. It has resistance to DM.
