Allred Chinese Cabbage (Not Treated)
This stunning and tasty magenta colored Napa cabbage is easy to grow and cold tolerant but for late summer and fall crops only. It should not be timed to head in heat. With basically no green leaves, it is slow growing. While it stays purplish when cooked, the best use is raw in salads or as a wrap.
